CARD SLIDING BLISTERS
This type of blister has three side folding to insert the printed card after keeping the product in the thermoformed blister cavity manually and it does not require any kind of blister sealing machining process.
Although cost of sliding blister is slightly more than the cards sealed blister but it is fast and hassle free to pack your product in a transparent sliding blister which also gives good overall appearance to the pack at the point of purchase.

CARD SEALED BLISTERS
The product is kept in the thermoformed transparent blister which is to be kept in the blister sealing tool cavity and the blisters is sealed to the HSL (heat sealable laminate) coated printed card with the process of blister sealing machine which has an hot plate with air compression to seal the blister containing the product on the printed HSL coated card. You can ask your printer to provide HSL coating on the printed card for blister sealing priorly while initiating the order.
The blister card should have good porosity to observe the HSL coating for or better binding of blister with the card for better strength. The card sealed blister gives a protection to the product from dust particles, increases the shelf life and it also give an impressive and trendy look and visibility at the point of purchase for customer confidence as well.

INSERT TRAYS
These insert trays are used individually or can be used by keeping them in the bottom compartment cardboard boxes or can also be designed as matchbox type slide-in Trays with or without a transparent window in the printed outer sleeve as per the buyer’s requirement.
